village Pyrgos and is located in its
entrance. It is built in the highest point of the
island, which guarantees a breathtaking view to
the village Pyrgos, the caldera, Fira, Imerovigli
and Ia.
Its location is ideal for keeping
your wedding ceremony, enjoying
your dinner, admiring the most beautiful sunset.
Another great advantage is that the village
Pyrgos, just like our restaurant are located in
the center of the island, so that regardless of
which point you are coming from it would only take
you five minutes to get there. The restaurant is

You
enter the restaurant through the two beautiful
entrances, the wind-mill and the little bridge. A
restaurant such as Pyrgos
couldn't but have a very rich cuisine which is
mainly Greek, without ignoring though the international
cuisine.
All the ingredients used for the dishes are
fresh and special emphasis is laid on the seafood and
shell fish. Our specialities are, among others,
spaghetti with lobster, various kinds of meat and Greek
side dishes.
