on the menu are freshly prepared in our kitchens, and of the
highest quality. We try to use local Santorini produce
whenever possible.
Apart from the a la carte
menu we offer our services for weddings, conferences and
every type of event with specially prepared menus.

Appetizers
- Marinated fresh salmon, sliced
thinly
with red, yellow, orange peppers, sliced onion, apple cider
vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
- Red Florina peppers, roasted
and stuffed with feta cheese, soft goat cheese, dill and sun
dried tomatoes.
- Sauteed shrimps with tomato
sorbet and fresh basil.
Salads
- Santorini Salad with Santorini
tomatoes, sundried tomatoes, lola roso, endives, radishes,
capers, olives and vinaigrette sauce.
- Skaros salad with feta,
peppers, fresh onion, Cretan barley croutons, Santorini
tomatoes, capers, olive oil and white wine vinegar.
Entrees
- Pork tenderloin medallions
stuffed with Metsobone cheese and a plum Madera sauce.
- Grilled breast of chicken with
fresh cream, Parmezane cheese and walnuts.
- Mediterranean mosaic of roasted
vegetables in an aromatic tomato sauce, served in a delicate
Parmezane case.
- Á Vegetable stack of potato
galette with creamed lentils, topped with a porcini mushroom
sauteed in balsamic vinegar.
- Grilled fresh salmon filet with
champagne sauce.
- Poached filet of grouper served
in a crispy pastry case on a bed of Basmati rice with mussels
and seafood sauce.
Desserts
- Creme brulee.
- Rose petal Pannacotta.
- Chocolate souffle for two
persons.
- La Maltese pastry with creme
patisserie, fresh strawberries and drizzled with warm chocolate
